What are your delivery lead times?We work to the deadlines you provide us. Plain (unprinted) socks masks are delivered within 1-3 days. We offer express delivery on some of our products. If we cannot meet your deadline we will tell you straight away. As a general rule delivery times for up to 5,000 personalised/promotional socks is approximately 2-3 weeks depending on the order quantity. For large volume orders or wholesale reusable socks over 5,000 units please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. We will always use the most efficient logistics companies to ensure that we get your order to you on time.

What are the UK and International shipping / postal charges?Postage and packaging within the United Kingdom is free (2-3 day service) providing that your total order value is over £100. For orders values of: £5 and under the flat rate delivery charge is £3.95. between £5 and £10 the flat rate delivery charge is £5.95. between £10 and £99 the flat rate delivery charge is £6.95. Next day delivery is available upon request - please contact us for rates. We also offer international shipping. Rates for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Can you personalise the socks?Yes, we can personalise the socks. Personalisation of products is usually carried out at source. We can knit your company logo, design or image in one position or all over the socks. We offer socks with up to 7 different colours.

I only want a few socks with my logo. Can you still supply?We can offer as low as 50 customised socks. Minimum quantities that apply for customised branded socks are indicated next to the item. From small businesses to large we can help you keep your brand in the spotlight.

How do I place an order?You can place your order online or for bulk orders and promotional socks you may contact us via our online enquiry form and we will go through your specific requirements and supply you with a competitive price and delivery date.

Can I get samples?Yes. Please contact us via our online enquiry form about your requirements and we can send you samples of the relevant items, or if you’re after a bespoke product we can make samples for you. Samples are usually charged for and refunded upon placement of the main order.

What format do you need the artwork in?We accept artwork in Adobe Illustrator, PDF, EPS or high resolution jpeg files.

Is it cheaper to knit one colour onto the socks?Our charges are for logos up to from 1 colour to 7 colours. Generally the fewer the print colours the cheaper it is to print.

I don't have any design expertise. Can you produce a design for me?Yes, of course. Whilst it is usually quicker if you supply the artwork to us, you can use one of our designers to produce a bespoke design from logos supplied or a complete creative concept. Our charges are £55 per design produced. The usual turn around time is 48 hours from receipt of logos/artwork brief.

Are the socks environmentally friendly?We offer different materials on our branded socks. The most common material is cotton socks (about 80% of the composition), but we also have models with a different composition of raw materials.

Do you use a secure online ordering process?Yes. Our online transactions are processed via PAYPAL or NOCHEX which are safe and secure payment process services allowing you to pay via credit/debit card or bank account without revealing your card number to us.

I have an idea for a product, can you source it?Of course! We will work with you to find the most effective solution and source bespoke samples for you from our manufacturers in the UK, Europe and the Far East. Small runs can sometimes be possible. Brand identity is important whether you are a small enterprise or a large corporation. We can produce customised face masks designed especially for your team. Bespoke face masks featuring your corporate logo are a great way to help you to keep your brand in the spotlight. So if you’re looking for a bespoke personalised sock that is a little unique whether it be classic design, fun or even a little tongue in cheek or you are simply looking for an alternative source for your products, please contact us.

What is your returns policy?If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, you should contact us to arrange a return within 7 days of receipt. For health and hygiene reasons, socks must be UNUSED and in it's original packaging/condition. On receipt of the item we will issue a refund, this will exclude any postage, packaging and insurance costs that were incurred during the original order. Please note we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on personalised or promotional socks. See our terms & conditions for full details. We always advise that you contact us prior to returning an item so that we can be aware it is being returned and easily match the return with your order. This will ensure that your refund is dealt with promptly.
